'A Taxi Driver' surpasses 'Taegukgi' and ranks #10 in all time Korean box office

[Naver: Ilgan Sports] 'A Taxi Driver' surpasses 'Taegukgi' and enters as one of the top 10 films in Korea's box office

1. [+331, -9] The movie makes you emotional. I hope we can become a more advanced nation as we throw away the use of regionalism in politics.

2. [+231, -8] I watched it yesterday and it makes you so emotional

3. [+166, -11] Taegeuki received 10 million views even with its backlash. It's amazing how it started off with a portion of Korean audiences disregarding the movie, yet it ranked that high.

4. [+40, -1] It's a very meaningful and emotional movie so it's no wonder it's doing great.

5. [+37, -3] Hope they can surpass 12 million

6. [+19, -0] Honestly, Taegukgi was released 14 years ago... and at that time, passing ten million views was on a much larger scale than what it's considered now.

7. [+24, -2] I wonder how long this movie can hold its place in cinemas after Kingsman is released.

8. [+16, -0] It's emotional.

9. [+18, -2] Do I have to go watch it again???

10. [+15, -0] TBH, it wasn't as impactful as 'May 18'. I feel like they tried to make the movie really dramatic so there were a lot of scenes that you expected and it was sort of cringe, but by the end of the movie, all you could think about was Song Kangho's amazing acting.
